The booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be paid via a link and sent by email two months before the start of the retreat. Read more about the cancellation policy further down. Included: 5 days & 4 nights immersing yourself in the beauty and wilderness of Navardalen. Wilderness and Survival Skills: You will learn practical skills like how to make a fire in deep snow, how to catch fish on an ice-covered lake, and how to go on a snowshoe hike. Mindfulness and Self-Mastery: The retreat focuses on mastering your own mind through activities like ice baths, sauna, and meditation, with ample time for rest and reflection. Meals: The food will consist of wild meat and fish from local hunters and fishermen, served with locally grown vegetables. Small Group Experience: The retreat groups are kept exclusively small to enhance connection and community among participants. Cancellation Policy: When booking, you pay the booking fee to secure your place and reservation. The booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. We will send you a link for the final payment by email, along with practical information and a packing list. If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount is due immediately. You may cancel your stay at no additional cost up to 30 days before arrival (minus the non-refundable booking fee). In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, we will retain 100% of the booking value.
